Authentic Thai Massage in Edinburgh
Ease muscular tension, recover after exercise or simply feel more comfortable – authentic Thai massage from a therapist trained in Thailand.
Why Clients Choose Sabaidee
A treatment that starts with listening
Every appointment begins with a conversation, not a menu. Pailin asks how you’ve been feeling and what you want from the hour, then shapes the treatment around that.
One therapist, every time
Sabaidee is a single-therapist practice. You see the same person on every visit, so you never have to explain yourself twice.
Honest recommendations
Pailin will tell you if a shorter or different treatment would serve you better. It is the thing clients mention most often in their reviews.
Recommended by friends and family
Most new clients arrive on a personal recommendation or find Pailin through her Google reviews.
Massage Designed Around You
You don’t need to know which treatment to book.
Every appointment begins by understanding what brings you here. Once Pailin knows how you’re feeling, she’ll recommend what’s right for you.

Not sure which one?
That’s completely normal, and it’s what the conversation before your massage is for.

Or simply get in touch and tell Pailin how you’ve been feeling.
Meet Pailin
Pailin was born, raised and trained in Nakhon Ratchasima Province in northeastern Thailand, where traditional Thai massage was a practical part of daily life rather than an occasional treat.
She moved to Scotland and opened Sabaidee Thai Spa in Edinburgh in 2013, where she is the owner and sole therapist. Her training certificates from Thailand hang in the studio.
Some clients visit for relief from muscular tension. Others come to recover after exercise, improve mobility, or simply take time to switch off. Whatever brings you here, you’ll receive the same thoughtful care and authentic Thai massage.
What Our Clients Say
Finding the right massage therapist is about feeling confident you’ve made the right choice.
Many new clients come to Sabaidee because someone they trust recommended Pailin. People describe the same things again and again: being listened to, feeling genuinely cared for, and leaving better than they arrived.
Give Someone the Gift of Feeling Better
A Sabaidee gift voucher is based on the length of the experience, not a cash amount.
Choose 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and the person receiving it chooses their treatment with Pailin when they arrange the appointment. So you don’t have to decide on their behalf.
Every voucher is valid for 12 months.
